Hello my glamorous friends ,i hope your having a wonderful weekend .Now i know you are questioning why this is called magic cake ? and how can it be magic ? well the secret is .... the bottom layer which is custard !! The cake tastes amazing with ice cream . If you have a sweet tooth this would be perfect for you ! ps why not have a fruit with the cake too .   • 4 eggs (whites separated from yolks)
  • 100g melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups warm milk
  • foil
  • icing sugar for dusting the cake
  1. Pre heat oven to 350F or gas mark 4 . Generously grease 8x8 inch pan.
  2. Separate eggs and add egg whites to a mixer and beat until stiff. Place egg whites in a another bowl and set aside.
  3. In the mixing bowl add egg yolk, butter, sugar and mix. Then add vanilla extract. Add flour, then gradually add milk. Fold in egg whites
  4. Pour the batter into the pan and place foil on the top and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool for 30 minutes, sprinkle icing sugar and serve.

This is the cake fully cook and i just came out of the oven . Look how light and fluffy it looks too !
